House Rules
*Please fill out and submit the itinerary form linked in the messages. The check-in and check-out times that guests indicate will be used for scheduling the cleaning of the unit and guests are expected to abide by these times. If a guest needs to change his or her check-out or check-in time, please let the host know as soon as possible.
*Primary guest must be at least 25 years old
*No pets allowed please.
*No smoking inside the property please.
*If you move the furniture, please place it back in the position it was in when you arrived.
*All guests must have a functioning phone number and be able to communicate with the host.
*Please do not make loud noise between 10:00 PM at night and 8:00 AM in the morning.
*If you notice any damage or anything problematic, please contact the host/property owner as soon as possible.
*Guests who stay more than two hours after the agreed upon check-out time are required to pay the base rate for the night after check-out.
* Guests who stay 30 days or longer will be asked to pay the electricity bill.
* Other than toilet paper, do not flush any non-biological materials down the toilet. Please do not flush "flushable wipes" down the toilet. If the toilet gets clogged because the guest flushed something other than toilet paper into the plumbing system, the guest could be held financially responsible for any resulting damage.
* Late check-outs at this listing that were not authorized by the host will incur a fee to be paid by the guest equal to the full night’s rental rate, meaning the listed price, for the date on which the unauthorized late check-out occurred.
*Do not disconnect any electronics, sensors, or detectors such as the smoke detectors. If you do disconnect any sensors and property damage occurs while the sensors are disconnected, you will be held financially responsible for any damages. Disconnecting lamps or lights is ok, but please reconnect them before you check out.
* Please do not overuse the air conditioner and do not leave it running when you are not inside the condominium.
* Please do not leave any opened/partially eaten food or beverages inside of the refrigerator when you check out.
